Why we give . . .

Giving is an integral part of our relationship with God.  It’s one of the ways we express our great love for what God is doing in our life.  If fact, the Bible has a lot to say about giving; here are a few reasons why we give…

*  “I want to obey His Word” You should obey what He says about financial stewardship. If you trust Him, then you should rely on Him in all aspects of your life, including your finances.  Malachi 3:9-10

*  “Love” When you love somebody it always is backed by commitment.  Your heart and your money track together.  If you truly love God in your heart, your giving will follow.  John 14:15

*  “I trust God.”  Faith may be invisible, but authentic faith translates to and is demonstrated by a tangible action.  Hebrews 11:6
